INTRODUCING STAGING IMPRESSIONS

Staging Impressions is dedicated to working with you on Home Market Preparation and Property Packaging. When you are ready to sell a home, you flip a switch that says I am now selling a property and I need to look at it with a fresh perspective. Suddenly you are selling a product that needs to be packaged for prospective buyers. The property has features and benefits that you want to highlight; the property has strong points and weak points. The property has competition. We work with you to show your property at its best and to give you a competitive edge.

When you work with a Professional Stager, you work with a person trained and versed on making your property appeal to prospects; quickly converting them to buyers. You create an inviting space for a buyer to visualize themselves in; you create space for them to move in. Staging Impressions is a company whose goal is to assist you in selling your house faster and for top dollar. We have the expertise in home market preparation. We have respect for the sellers, and work with them to create a winning situation. Sellers often find it hard to change from thinking home to thinking property, and Realtors® work hard to maintain positive relationships. Stagers provide an objective view.

Buyers only know what they see;
Let them see themselves in your space

Every showing is opening night
Staged homes beat the competition by selling faster and for more dollars
Create space; Mentally invite buyers to move in
You are selling a property, not a home
Properties are products packaged for the buying audience

"Staging Your Home To Sell"

Deborah Chene of Staging Impressions says that when you "stage" your home to sell it, you must "neutralize" the living spaces–that is, you've got to remove your Hubbles from the mantel, strip the floral patterned wallpaper off of the kitchen walls and paint over the bird house stencils in your laundry room. (Appeared on the "Your Biz" web page from WWJ Radio - October 4, 2005)

Nineteen years is a long time. When someone gets "downsized" by an employer after that many years, it can be hard to start over---let alone find an occupation one really loves in a growing field. But Deborah Chene did just that.

The marketing director turned real estate agent found that her real passion was not selling houses, but helping owners decorate and "stage" their homes for a quicker, more lucrative sale. It was based on that realization that her business, Staging Impressions was born... more> (Click link to read the entire article).

"Make A Clean Break"
(Printed in: The Oakland Press - Local News February 20, 2005)

When prospective buyers walk into a for-sale home, their first impression is often their last: dirt, clutter, or pet odors can instantly kill the deal.

Until recently, getting sellers to clean up their acts was solely the domain of Realtors. But a profession, known as "staging," has swept into Metro Detroit.

Stagers put rental furniture in empty homes, remove extra furniture or knickknacks cluttering rooms, and sometimes spare Realtors from having tough conversations with their clients... more> (Click link to read the entire article).
