We work with you to get your house in top competitive shape based on your market area. We look at your house as a total product with the goal that your property appeals to the broadest market possible. We work to create the strongest first impression and draw buyer’s eyes to the possibility of your house for them. We offer cost effective consultations to full service occupied staging. Home Preparation Consultation or Early Bird Consultation $180.00
Stager works with many sellers’ months or a year in advance to get their property ready. This really relieves stress and provides time to budget resources. The consultation or property review includes 2 hours of staging time. We create a punch list of top priority items based on what will help sell the property in the fastest time possible for the greatest return on investment. Curb appeal, furniture arrangement, paint colors, flooring, decor, lighting as well as kitchen and bath updates are discussed. If further staging support is needed, it can be discussed at that time and a quote can be prepared.  

Ready to List Consultation $270.00
Are your ready to list your house? This three hour hands on consultation is for you. We work with you to rearrange furniture, accessories and art. You will be left with a list of next steps and priority items to be completed before your house is camera and listing ready. First impressions of curb appeal and all interior rooms will be discussed. If further services are required, a quote can be prepared and scheduling discussed.  

Stager Support Service $360.00
If you need a little more assistance de-cluttering, rearranging and organizing; this service provides a half day of stager service or 4 hours. If you need heavy lifting and packing materials, this would have to be discussed prior to scheduling. Movers or material are not included in this pricing. Additional shopping or décor services can be quoted as needed.

Customized Services
Many properties require a customized plan to get them market ready. It may be a large home or in need of some updated décor. A room or two might be awkward and require more time and effort, or the house is a specific style that will appeal to a more focused group of buyers. Sellers might need additional help in selecting flooring, counters or finishes. We work with you to create a staging service plan that meets your needs.  

Decorate for Living

Whether you want a room makeover, color guidance, decorating touches, a seasonal room refresher or a project plan, we work with you and your budget. We incorporate recycling and reuse into our plans first.  We will gladly meet with you to define your personal style and create a project plan to suit your needs.  We are a phone call away at 586.840.7136.
