Founder of Staging Impressions Deborah Chene understands that the decision to sell or stay in a home presents unique opportunities and challenges.
Goals: At Staging Impressions our goal is to work closely with our clients to determine and create a plan that reflects their needs: whether it is preparing a house for selling now or in the future, helping to update a single room or an entire home, color consultations, or furniture and accessory selection. We believe in open communication as a key to achieving desired results and creating an environment that welcomes buyers or reflects your style.

Deborah works with and mentors stagers in the area and presents to local real estate boards, local community design classes and neighborhood groups. She has worked on projects benefiting Ronald McDonald House in Detroit and the Lighthouse of Oakland County. She is a past president and board member of the Great Lakes Regional IAHSP chapter and remains active in promoting and developing the Home Staging industry in the metropolitan Detroit area and Michigan. She has staged properties in Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston and Washtenaw counties. Staging Impressions is headquartered in Farmington Hills.
Professional Development: Deborah has extensive real estate experience and took the Accredited Staging Professional™ course before opening Staging Impressions. She continued her professional development by becoming a Certified Interior Redesign Specialist™ and color consultant. Her current professional memberships include The Western Wayne Oakland County Association of Realtors, Interior Redesign Industry Specialists™, Builders Industry Association of Southeast Michigan, Interior Design Society Affiliate and Toastmasters. She is a member of the ActiveRain Real Estate Network and the HomeStagingChannel.
